Texting and Driving Law

I would just like to say that it seems by making this law, there will be more accidents with people trying to hide their phones and continue to text. I think another issue that should be touched upon is texting and walking. The next law passed should not allow people to walk in downtown Boston while trying to text. I think they cause more issues than people driving and texting.
