So last night, my softball team battled it out for the Medford Men's Softball league championship. It was game 3 in a best of three series, we fell short 11-8. It was a great game and it was a lot of fun. It's tough when you play all season to vie for that championship trophy and be so close, yet so far.
We have come a very long way in this league. After winning 2 games in our first season, we met Wade Boggs(pictured above) and our luck changed from that day forward. He told us to go out there and have some fun, and that we did. We made it to the semi-finals last year and the finals this year. Overall, I say that the Boggs' are a force to be reckon with in seasons to come.
